限于篇幅整体上对DSM的发展和变迁着墨不多，也没有很多科学哲学内容，眼前一亮的是chap6
6章kappa coefficient在DSM里的地位变化简直要把我笑疯，首先是这个标准的采用根本就很偶然，其次是，曰，DSM-3的时候APA报告，滥用，精神分裂，情感障碍成人诊断的kappa系数都0.8以上，而APA=DSM总体目标则是0.7，然后到DSM-5态度一转：超0.8是奇迹；.6-.8值得称赞；.4-.6是现实目标，.2-.4是可容忍范围，然后，精神分裂在DSM-5里直接从0,8降到了0.46，混合不安型抑郁的kappa系数则直接是负数。真的无敌搞笑
