十字路口的几层：1）俯角逐渐变成平视，从悲天悯人到芸芸众生，慢慢接地气儿；2）疏才能治堵，饮食男女无非那么几个维度的需求；3）“人为财死鸟为食亡”，不能单凭感觉，心中要有指挥员。其他则是老朱跟女儿们的饮食和男女的方方面面一个个小故事，吃着饭呢，一个个就有了自己的生活和生活的酸甜苦辣，正如最后老父亲说“我尝出味道了！”
