Louis.C.K made this drama pathetic on purpose, it alters the awful feelings at first glance into some weird sympathy and self-reflex. Some successful TV series render the reality into a desirable thing, others may show its true face, however, Louis distilled the most terrible shit of life and make it look like the thing. But You know it is not.
