Usually I appreciate your pointers, but this posting of endless lists of accounts run by fedimeteo.com does not seem to add a lot of value. A simple pointer to their website would have been enough, IMHO.

By following one of these services, don't you reveal your rough location to anyone who can see your follows or the service's followers? Many people will be fine with that, but others won't want to take the risk.

EDIT: Asked the developer about this, FediMeteo hides all its followers and you can hide your own follows. So, if you hide your follows then there is no risk of revealing your location.

A lot of people have trouble with copy-pasting account addresses or URLs for whatever reason, so this thread is meant to be for those people.

I have a whole website full of Fedi accounts on a wide range of topics at https://fedi.directory but people still want me to post the links out one by one as threads, possibly because they prefer to just click and follow instead of copy-pasting.

The ones that aren't clickable are because the German weather server went down at about the time I posted the mentions. I'll try to fix it by editing in a while.

The same thing has happened to the Italian server.

The accounts may look blank because this is a brand new service and if no one from your server has followed them before then the posts won't have federated to your server. Follow an account you want to follow, even if it looks blank, and its posts will start appearing.
