不太好，从文笔到人物塑造到情节都非常普通，书里塑造的四个意大利裔姐妹的性格特点就是没什么特点，事业发展也是没什么发展，核心和着眼点都在家庭关系上，问题是无论恋人关系/姐妹关系/母女关系都让人很难relate，在William身上花了太多笔墨但这个角色真的太不讨喜了，my aromantic arse found it hard to understand为什么Julia因为Sylvie爱上她前夫就25年没再见她但这个故事很大程度是以这个情节为基础展开的，作为“现在版小妇人”也太令人失望了
