值得一读的有关心理创伤的书，可以感受到作者的临床经验非常丰富，有关心脑身一体的理论很enlightening，不过这本还是有关临床实践和治疗方法的部分更多一些，大概更适用于临床医生来读一读，对作为普通读者的我而言，更让我深受震撼的倒不是作者详述的治疗方法本身，而是作为案例提到的一些身心遭受巨大创伤的患者，每次读心理治疗相关的书，都会被这些患者震撼，或者不如说是被人类心灵的坚忍而震撼，在叙述这些案例时作者自己也经常说他们的创伤经历unbelievable，而能够从这些让人揪心的痛苦经历中恢复，从医生那里获得的永远都只能算是辅助，他们每个人都是坚不可摧的斗士
