读过《A Dowry of Blood》 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕
其实是个Dracula的retelling，但和Dracula关系又不太大，实际上用吸血鬼的设定讲了一个abusive ralationship的故事，把mental abuse描写出了心理恐怖电影的感觉。作者的文笔太有意思了，几乎没什么真正意义上的情节，而是用文字描绘出世界名画一样质感的场景，拼出了这个诡谲的故事，暗黑又哥特，每一个宗教比喻都是恰到好处的厚重和艳丽，转化Alexi那段是耶稣受难的场景，冲击力极强，而最终三人齐力刺杀Dracula的场景是Judith Slaying Holofernes，力量和病态美的矛盾交织深得我心，最后的番外An Ecore of Roses又涩又暖，真是相当刺激的阅读体验
