很有意思的立意，从莎士比亚之妻Agnes的视角，分两个部分叙述的故事，第一个部分是两条时间线并行，一是Agnes与丈夫相识、结婚到生下三个孩子的全过程，二是他们的儿子Hamnet死前一天到去世的全过程，第二部分是Hamnet死后Agnes视角的grief以及发现莎士比亚用儿子的名字创作Hamlet、并借舞台演出与儿子进行身份互换。作者的文笔很有特色，非常flowery但同时又很流畅，其实阅读体验很享受，但很难忽略这种拖沓感……prose实在太多了，作为一本以死亡和悲痛为主线索的书，由此带来的情绪化的叙事风格其实很合适，然而过犹不及，别的且不说，一个瘟疫传播的流调都絮絮叨叨写老长是否不太合适……Anges那个可以洞察未来的设定也有点不着边际……不过非常有意思且加分的点是，全程没有一次提到威廉莎士比亚的大名，而是以父亲、丈夫这些职能去称呼他，而这个伟大剧作家在父职、夫职上的缺位也因此暴露无遗
