@ProPublica Convicted Felon47 doesn't care to measure the effectiveness of his EOs and decisions. The fact that they sprang from his perfect brain, a more perfect brain has never existed, crying doctors tell him all the time what a perfect brain he has, is validation enough for him, and therefore any one with a less perfect brain can't understand what he is doing.
