故事并不新鲜，看到一些经典原型的影子，不过糅合、注入了神道观念。日本动画的城乡叙事，概为此类，但这里对立被弱化（女主的厌烦也只一笔带过），借助彗星灾难的外力，中心转移，唯真善在美与爱中凸显。至于男女主关系发展，是铺展不足，所以突兀，但不影响慰藉效用，何必深究。
