@ProPublica towing companies are a complete racket. Well ones with a civil contract.
@ProPublica The DMV and "top lawmakers" have to review the towing laws because, as everyone knows, towing laws don't apply to them - they park wherever the fuck they want. When they'd gotten complaints, they just shrugged it off as "whining."
Yeah, the CT DMV and top lawmakers will get right on it, after checking with their towing industry pals.
