@ProPublica This is horrendous. It's an example of what I was talking about when I posted a comment a few weeks ago about #poverty This kind of thing is how poor people end up really screwed. There should be room to make small mistakes and not have your entire life get trashed. Parking in the wrong place by mistake should not cause lasting harm. That's immoral and unethical.
