Having spent approx 380 full days during the past 17 years in the US, not including business travel, 85+% spent ways outside big metro areas, having visited 29 of the lower 48, talked to many locals and occasionally made some new friends I consider myself to be just at the beginning of the slope of enlightenment. Yet it’s clear to me that these statements were not made from the plateau of sustainability.
