竟然是诺顿处女作，演技确实俨然已出众。眼神无辜像小鹿，化身邪恶气场足。诺顿的外形与本身的性格也是加分项，合理矛盾制造两极分化。镜头语言在一开始就暗示了最终的结局。善与恶各自完成了一次完美的交替，律师之前虽代表的恶一再被误解却仍心怀理想主义，最终被利用与摧毁，身为邪恶却又是牺牲品的嫌疑人终获自由，利用善良彻底翻盘。也难怪美国关于界定精神分裂多重人格障每次都耗时许久，人性本恶太难辩。
