I used to be into punk music in the 1980s, when Ronald Reagan was president. Lately I've been gravitating to punk music again (looking at you The Gubs #maine #punk). Funny how that works.

@abucci I've noticed that (aside from punk), there's also a clear connection between the size and liveliness of a society's thrash metal scene and the degree of social misery and alienation it's experiencing at the time. :P
