（９／１０）《是，大臣》的续集（在圣诞篇哈克从大臣升为首相，所以从这一季开始片名也改了）。到了首相篇汉弗莱和哈克的相处方式明显变了，作为地位最高的首相权力是无限的，汉弗莱再也没有办法利用哈克的同级和上级来压制他，所以在和哈克勾心斗角时变得被动了很多。伯纳也比大臣篇更有存在感了，他和俩主角的关系也有了微妙的变化。
