Those look like B&W P5. I have (and love) the same kind. The official parts place is here but they're expensive and earpads are no longer available. I would check ebay, stuff like this or this pops up for cheap.
While I won't do business with Amazon, I can't make that decision for others, so I'll mention they have the cable here.
Both ebay and amazon have lots of aftermarket earpads but they are shaped differently than the factory ones. You might try using glue to cover your existing pads in something like pantyhose material?
