the main problem I have is that when I forget where the binary is and want to look for it, it looks like I have bad grammar. it feels like it should be 'whereare links'

terminal output showing me entering a command: 'whereis links' and output telling me that it's in /usr/local/bin /usr/local/share/man/man1 and /user/ports/www

On some OSes it's called links on others it's called links2. Stick with 1 name!! sheesh!
