It has been noted that Elon Musk has positioned himself within the government in a way to try to avoid any liability for his actions.

In a filing Feb 17, an official in the Trump Administration says that Elon Musk is not the Administrator in charge of DOGE.

He’s a Advisor to the President, per declaration. That's it.

Think about this, it's a coup.
