@ProPublica The much deeper problem is much uglier: Generally speaking, Connecticut just hates the working class, and mistreats them. I've spent decades trying to press reforms in CT-DMV, with very little success. This is no accident, no oversight. This is just the culture of Connecticut government: Go be poor somewhere else, loser. It's shameful.
