6.5/10。郑保瑞用老带新的方式，将香港动作片的龙头棍递给了下一代，中年却有几分少年气的林峯是个好的接班人。影像上虽不如导演的《智齿》凌厉，但表达上更为深沉：肮脏的九龙城寨是无奈的乌托邦，没有身份（证）的孤魂在夹缝中求生，清英的遗留问题深埋在血液里，父辈子偿是躲不掉的宿命。唯有忍耐与合作，才能让吞入肚的匕首由内杀死那个刀枪不入的敌人。巷内上升的龙卷风和《东京教父》里一样，既是无血缘的亲情，又是重生的希望；呼啸过头顶的飞机震得城寨摇摇欲坠，在乱世谁不是在风中哭泣的孤儿，但电影底色是暖的，孤儿有了新父，风筝落地，一片祥和之色。致命的缺点是用日式漫画武打讲一个厚重的传承故事，搞得像超英集结，男主天命之人的巧合安排也不合理。
