The Gereg

The Band call their music style Hunnu Rock. They use traditional Mongolian musical instruments such as the horse-head violin, the Mongolian guitar and also use traditional Mongolian undertone singing.
From the field of Heavy Metal they borrow above all the hammering basses for their music. The band is part of a tradition of Mongolian bands that began mixing western music styles with Mongolian music traditions during the democratization of the country in the 1980s. Now the troupe honours us with the upcoming album "The gereg".
