Recorded at their massive Wembley Stadiumshows in June 2007, this CD/DVD package captures the band, who have always been renowned for their live work, in blistering form. The title, too, becomes Muse's reputation - HAARPis the US military's High-frequency Active Auroral ResearchProgram, which has long been a bete noire of conspiracy theorists everywhere.
