Originally released in 1988, Radio Wave Surfer was considered to be a back-to-basics album for Czukay, seeing the composer hone in on a more team-based concept as opposed to the elaborate individual experiments he had been conducting in prior years. Drawing heavily from his work in Can, Czukay's performance is easily one of his most focused works and includes contributions from Michel Karoli and Sheldon Ancel. An experimental, yet cohesive body of work, Radio Wave Surfer is an overlooked gem, one that found Czukay at the height of his creativity.

This definitive Revisited reissue contains the original recording digitally remastered from the original tapes, including bonus track, new liner notes by Holger and is housed in deluxe digipak format with the original artwork.
