Comprised of brothers Jack and Luke Patterson alongside Grace Chatto and Neil Amin-Smith, Clean Bandit formed at university in 2008. Drawing their influences from a wide spectrum of dance music Clean Bandit are the crossover dance act to watch for 2014.
First single A&E was released through Black Butter records to and the single entered the top 100 in December 2012. This was then followed by ‘Mozart’s House’ which was the band’s first top 20 hit entering the chart at Number 17 in April 2013 and has sold in excess of 50,000 copies to date.
More recently last single ‘Dust clears’ was released in June and has recently been followed by the first single proper from the album campaign ‘Rather Be’ featuring vocals from Jess Glynn. Away from the studio the band has crafted an exciting and vibrant live show building up a reputation in the dance world following tour support for Disclosure, Alt-J, Bastille and Basement Jaxx.
