Rimmel
Douban
Overview
The LP was well received both by critics and the public, and established De Gregori as one of the most popular singer-songwriters in his country. It was one the best selling albums of 1975 in Italy.
The song "Le storie di ieri" ("The Stories of Yesterday"), was sung by Fabrizio De André in his earlier album written together with De Gregori, Volume 8 (1974). Although the song is entirely written by De Gregori, the version in Rimmel contains minor differences in the lyrics.
Lucio Dalla is credited as co-author of the music for "Pablo" and also probably sings in a choir of the latter song.
