Vices & Virtues is the third studio album by American rock band Panic! at the Disco. Produced by John Feldmann and Butch Walker, the album is set to be released on March 29, 2011.[1] A follow-up to the band's second album, Pretty. Odd. (2008), the album will be the first to not feature primary songwriter Ryan Ross. Vices & Virtues marks the album debut of Panic!'s two-man lineup: singer/multi-instrumentalist Brendon Urie and drummer Spencer Smith.
