Overview
2007 UK debut album from Shady Bard. Their lineup is a miniature indie orchestra of pianos, guitars, casiotones, violin, cello, French horn and samples which burst occasionally into catastrophic scuzz. This is just right - three mellow, warm, beautifully soothing songs, simple yet clever and with more than enough to invite you deeper in to the delicious melancholy with every repeat play. Static.
