This documentary depicts a factory in China in 1980 with more than 6,000 workers. It produces 90 million yards of high quality fabrics made of raw cotton every year. In this film we can see the workers' communities, residences, entertainment, educational facilities and all the property belonging to the factory. The film shows a completely different way of life from the Western world.
