Where Do the Old Ignored Gods Go? (2022)

In 1835 a French writer attempted to climb Etna with a group of men, two mules and a bottle of rum. We go through the three regions of the volcano: the lower region, the fire region, the desert region. Each of them carries with it enigmatic traces of unknown myths. Powerful new eyes interrogate the volcano, observe its every movement, yearn to penetrate its secrets, and find themselves facing the most remote layers of matter, the depths of the technological gaze.
