Übersicht
Die Pokemon-Trainer und besten Freunde Ash, Misty und Marco sind unterwegs in Alto Mare, um einem Bootrennen bei zu wohnen bzw. dabei mit zu machen. Ash verliert zwar, gerät aber dafür auf die Spur von zwei Diebinnen, deren gefährliche Beute ein katastrophales Ende für die Lagunenstadt heraufbeschwört. Doch zum Glück sind die zwei Schutzpokemons der Stadt, Latias und Latios, nicht nur Legende, sondern Wirklichkeit und retten die Stadt, ihre Bewohner und die drei Freunde vor einer riesigen Flutwelle.
