In the gritty underbelly of 1970s Rome, the harsh reality of Neo-Nazi youth, living in the shadow of societal decay, is exposed. A group of disillusioned teenagers from the outskirts of the city, whose lives are shaped by violence, crime, and their environment, navigate their turbulent existence, finding themselves entangled in a deadly cycle of lawlessness and rebellion.

Seems the white race just isn't superior enough for those nasty Nazis. In a secret SS Love Camp, ghastly experiments are being conducted to create a new super race. Amidst the touture and rape, a weeet-n-tender Nazi named Helmut falls in love with one of the lovely test subjects. But it doesn't end there, word gets out about Helmus's virility driving the impotent colonel nuts with jealously. With his balls now missing, Helmut and his female inmates allies exact a little revenge!
