Symbol of the grandeur of the city of Florence, Palazzo Vecchio is one of the most iconic monuments in the world, but above all one of the most luminous testimonies of how power and art are inextricably linked to each other. The extraordinary museum - which was the seat of the Signoria, the Duchy of Florence, the Parliament of the Kingdom of Italy and still the seat of the City of Florence - is the protagonist of the evocative reconstruction with documentary spirit entitled "Palazzo Vecchio: a history of art and power ", aired on TV premiere Saturday, March 17 at 16.40 on Rai3. Directed by Piero Messina and produced by Ballandi Arts with RaiCom and RSI, the documentary, through a clever movement of the narration between past and present, makes a real journey into the beauty of an ancient place that still retains its undisputed charm.
