で、本作。病院が舞台である。この病院、ゲイの人たちにとっては、良い病院か、あるいは悪い病院か…。この病院の医者、とにかくスケベで、精力絶倫のゲイである。自分の受け持ちの患者でお気に入りの青年には、優しく接し、親身になって診療し、元気になるにはいいＳＥＸが一番だよ、とか何とか言って一発やってしまう。で、次の病室へ行くと、そこにはあまり気に入らない患者がいる。その彼には、お前の病気はこうして治すのが一番だと、鞭やらバイブやらを使って、もうムチャクチャにいたぶってＳＭ治療をやってしまい、最後には顔射で、またまた一発。患者はどちらにしても、先生と毎日してしまうわけだ。どうです、こんな病院は、あなたにとって良い病院ですかね？

とにかくエロい。全篇バリエーションに飛んだＳＥＸのオンパレードだ。そして、山崎脚本、浜野監督作品のコンビによるお馴染みのユートピアへのアプローチというテーマもちゃんと描かれていて、まさにエロ映画としての満足度は高い。
