Kadathanaattu Maakkam is a 1978 Indian Malayalam film, directed and produced by Navodaya Appachan. The film stars Prem Nazir, Jayan, Sheela and Sukumari in lead roles. The film had musical score by G. Devarajan.

Lakshmi (Saradha) is married to Satheeshan (Madhu). She gives birth to a child, but their relationship begins to crumble when Lakshmi reveals that the real Father of her son is a celestial being.

Rajan, a police officer, is in charge of the investigation regarding a murder that took place on a train. He tries by hook or by crook to find the culprit as he has only one witness.
