Lawyer Savvas Tsiviklis receives a gift from an old girlfriend, Kiki Petachtidou, who has just returned from the Congo. The gift is two small wooden lions which, in order not to find his wife Koula and mad in the bedroom, gives them to a well-known young man. In a while, however, his wife comes and gives him the lions he had previously given to the young man. Savvas goes crazy and begins the quarrels and jealousy that bachelor Menios supposes by constantly exclaiming "What good do I do and not get married!" Father Isychios decides to create an orphanage to help the residents of his parish. At the same time, Father Isychios himself loses the ultimate goal of his mission, being carried away. from the frantic rhythms of entertainment of modern youth and in general the era of disco and nightclubs.

Thanasis (Nikos Rizos) arrives in Athens and gets a job at the shop where the "The 7 Snowmen" band appears, in which a friend (Elsa Rizou) of a friend of his (Athenodoros Prossalis) participates. Lalakis, a penniless guy, is obsessed with expensive imported clothing, and through various petty schemes he manages to satisfy his "shopping" addiction. When he gets fired from his job and is left penniless, an Italian woman, Livia, appears and suggests that they import cosmetics from Italy to Greece. Lalakis gladly accepts and goes to Rome to bring them back, but he gets mixed up with a gang of antiquities smugglers, who follow him to Greece. However, he manages to neutralize them and subsequently becomes wealthy from the imported cosmetics.
