Bald stellt sich heraus, dass hinter den Morden ein Schlangenmonster steckt, welches von einer Schlangengöttin gesteuert wird. Die Göttin ist eine bildhübsche Frau, die per Magie ihre Opfer durch die Monsterschlange töten lässt. Der Cop Jacky Ko führt die Polizeitruppe an, die hinter dem Monster her ist. Zur Unterstützung fordert er aus dem Ausland Richard (Richard Harrison) an, der umgehend nach Hongkong reist. Richard ist auserwählt, die Frau und das Monster zu vernichten.
