Pablo, 60 ans, et sa petite-fille Thelma, qui en a 18, ont en commun une rage de changer le monde chevillée au corps. Entre les deux, Victor, fils et père, dont la rage reste à l’intérieur. Pour comprendre cette famille, il faut revenir en 1985, lorsque Pablo avait 20 ans et qu’il a rencontré Gabrielle et Malika. Avec d’autres bénévoles et des bénéficiaires, Pablo, Gabrielle et Malika vont faire vivre une antenne de La Cantine solidaire, une association qui distribue des repas aux plus fragilisés. Certains y trouvent un refuge, d’autres une vocation.
