Johnny Vegas has crawled his way to the top of the showbiz ladder. Fame, wealth and awards are his but there's a problem...he's lost his edge. He's no longer funny and the fans have begun to take notice... The solution? Return Vegas to his stand-up roots - The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. How? Kidnap Johnny and surround him with a mad lifestyle manager, a meglomaniac sponsor and his obsessive comic flatmate who should've been sectioned years ago. Then just sit back, watch his world fall apart and hope his new found misery means he can reclaim his place amongst stand-up comedy's finest with hilarious results! Succeed or fail, one question must be answered...Who's Ready For Ice Cream?

Hosted by comedy superstar John Bishop, the show not only tests what individual contestants know, but also what the crowd knows (or what they think they know!)

Following the release of the fastest-selling debut stand-up DVD ever (not to mention the biggest seller of last year), John Bishop returns with his new live DVD. Seen by over 400,000 people across the UK, Sunshine was filmed live at Liverpool's Echo Arena on the last night of his sell-out tour of the same name. The combination of John's ability to keep the laughs coming along with his unique brand of observational humour, his undeniable charm and unrivalled gift of creating a relaxed atmosphere means that the feel good factor of spending an evening in his company is absolutely priceless. In this show John shares anecdotes about the ways in which his life has changed because of fame, he confesses to what his kids really think of him and he explains why this is his time in the Sunshine.
