The story primarily focuses on the members of the Juken Club and their opposition, the Executive Council, which is the ruling student body of a high school that educates its students in the art of combat. 以上就是本动画的男女主人公，就是这个自认为「热血动画的主角就有受罪」的浮矢瞬和「怎么看都像在硬撑」的生泽琉璃子在多年之后的再相逢把本应该是「BOY MEETS GIRL」这样经典情节的第一、二话演的面目全非，也由此决定了本作轻松幽默的基调。

In 2100, the newly built Bayside City serves as Japan's premier international port.
