而准双胞胎的“错认”戏为电影平添了几分情节上的生动曲折，但情节的曲折却不是这部影片唯一的“卖点”。这部影片之所以能广受欢迎，其最大的“卖点”是选中了克隆人的题材。热闹的情节加上热门的话题对读者的趣味可谓具有双重的刺激性，而影片中珍妮不断向周围的人解释她的研究，其实也是制作者在向观众做科学普及，有意无意间，也是要让电影更具有了一点“科学味儿”，自然而然地成为了《克隆人》这部影片的点睛之笔。
