Desta vez, além de cantar e dançar com as crianças, Xuxa Meneghel, que neste ano completa 20 anos de carreira, é a mestre de cerimônia do circo. Pela primeira vez o projeto conta com a participação especial de Renato Aragão, amigo pessoal da apresentadora, que interpretou ao seu lado a canção "Piruetas", da obra "Os Saltimbancos Trapalhões", de Chico Buarque.
