Two couples share a wedding anniversary and find themselves lost in memory and fantasy.

This unusual documentary-style feature starts with ordinary people discussing their private erotic desires; what sets it apart from other documentaries, which often feature a lot of talk, is that in this experimental film, 10 of the subjects then act out their most intimate fantasies. Carl Gurevich and Ralph Rosenblum (the acclaimed editor of Woody Allen's comedies Annie Hall and Sleeper) co-direct this daring peek into the human sexual psyche.

Three unrelated stories. The first is about a dissatisfied, hurtful couple clinging together to spite each other rather than take the risk of finding a relationship. The second story consists of a series of female clients at a psychologist's office that each tell their bitter and sad stories of how they developed their attitudes towards men or sex in general. The final story is a day in the life of a model that can't seem to get past posing for the men's magazine circuit, the daily abuse she deals with, her feelings of enslavement, and the impact upon her sanity.

He repeatedly has sex with the young woman who moves into the apartment - making her think she's gone insane - kills her male admirers, and for good measure kills her neighbor's lover as well.

Upon overhearing plans to be committed to an asylum, mentally-ill Karen runs away, taking refuge in an empty house on a remote beach. Slowly, her grip on reality diminishes, giving way to increasingly violent delusions and an ever-growing bloodlust.
