《迈克尔·K的生活和时代》是根据诺贝尔文学奖得主J.M.库切首获布克奖之作同名小说改编，汇聚结合木偶表演、表演、电影和音乐的史诗之作，由劳拉·福特和《战马》原班团队掌上乾坤木偶剧团强强联手。
Nobel Prize-winning author, JM Coetzee’s Life & Times of Michael K, adapted for the stage by Lara Foot, in collaboration with the Tony Award-winning Handspring Puppet Company (of War Horse and Little Amal-fame), recently won The Scotsman Fringe First award at the Assembly Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, earned six five- star reviews and has received high praise from the New York Times.The Scotsman, British Theatre Guide, Broadway World and Everything Theatre, have given the production five stars. Winner of the South African Fleur du Cap Best Production and Best Puppetry Design awards, it also nominated for Best Lighting Design, Best Costume Design, Best Performance by an Ensemble, Best Sound Design, Original Music, Soundscape or Live Performance (for Original Music and Sound Design).
