Defies expectations
The Shooter - Review
Surprisingly cerebral for a Dolph Lundgren movie. There are some action movie theatrics, but intrigue and moral ambiguity are emphasized over gunplay. Lundgren actually isn't that bad an actor when given the proper material, he shows more range in this movie than many others. Maruschka Detmers also gives a strong performance.
