It was such a great experience reading this book. I learned so much. I love Taylor’s way of writing, it is gentle but powerful. Many of my views got challenged. From the ableist perspective in peter singer’s utilitarian argument for veganism, to dependency viewed as purely negative and unnatural.
I would definitely read this again at some point in the future.
I will probably remember part of this book time and again. Right now I am thinking about crip time, how disabled people experience time. But also, how other organisms experience time, think about future, and past. How do I experience time?
