Apparently I saw this in 2009. Yet it never occurred to me while (re)watching it tonight. Like the others, it's not bad. It's just not good either. It's... Neither. I think I understand why Michael Myers doesn't appeal to me, though. He's meant to be a kind of embodiment of evil, but at the same time he's just a guy in a mask. None of the movies so far has managed to decide what to make of him. Strange, seeing this is the seventh movie of the franchise.
