Suspenseful, entertaining, dark, this book is such a page-turner! I could not put it down once I started and finished it within three days. The writing style is plain, straightforward, and very easy to follow, mixed with bits of humour here and there. I also love that the author brought a lot of elements from Nigerian culture into the novel (I learnt about this Nigerian dish called Ẹ̀fọ́ which I had no idea before). I feel like the book has the potential to be adapted to a movie and overall, I would like to recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a fun, quick read.

Also, the book has been translated to Simplified Chinese with a very different cover.
