Interesting found footage horror-drama
M.O.M. Mothers of Monsters - Review
This found footage horror film centers on an isolated single mother who believes her 16-year-old son is a psychopath on the verge of perpetrating a mass murder. She's given up on the police and therapists, and has resigned herself to documenting her son's antisocial outbursts using her phone and hidden cameras placed around the house. This movie use the found footage techniques to great effect, and with a small cast of characters and limited number of sets (many of which are actual closets) it has a claustrophobic feel. While it's not a fatal flaw, the very final moments of the film feel like a misstep, however.
