a review of 神奇四侠2

Watched this the day after watching the first film. It's a competent sequel but doesn't really do much in terms of the characters, everyone's hitting the same beats they did the first time around. The Surfer as a baddie is just kind of bland and there's zero explanation for why his climate shenanigans are at all important to Galactus. Yea, he's supposed to be "preparing" but .. how does any of it matter? Also for some reason Galactus is an interstellar thunderstorm instead of a humanoid tuning fork in purple tights. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯
